Welcome! The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD) provides the community with public parks and recreation services and facilities, CC&R , design review approval and enforcement, cable television and waste/recycling collection.

This local, special district is led by the EDHCSD Board of Directors, who are elected by our residents. We employ professional management and staff who manage the diverse services and facilities for the El Dorado Hills community. District offices are conveniently located on El Dorado Hills Boulevard and Harvard Way (here’s a map.)
