Hatha Yoga Stretch/Deep Relaxation - First Class is FREE
Ages 18 & up
Instructor: Bill Scrivani, YA Certified
Sessions include 1.5 hours of continuous flow level-one yoga postures, deep stretching, balance and a variety of yoga breathing techniques. Class concludes with 5-10 minutes of deep relaxation. This program contains no inverted postures. Knowledge of Yoga and or good physical condition is very helpful. Please bring to class: Yoga Mat, Yoga Block and Yoga Strap; In addition, a Blanket, and Towel are suggested. Additional Classes are available on Zoom.

Tai Chi in the Morning & Evening - First Class is FREE

Commonly known as “meditation in motion,” Guang Ping Tai Chi is a gentle form of slow exercise movements for health and relaxation. Daily practice of Tai Chi can help reduce high blood pressure, strengthen internal organs, improve coordination, and offers numerous health benefits. Class is held in the CSD Gym, Exercise Room.

SA Shotokan Karate - First Class is FREE
This Japanese style of karate provides students with a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline.
This results in improved coordination, focus, and self-confidence.
This class accommodates all student levels from beginner to
black belt.
Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class.

Country Line Dancing
Ages 18 & up
Instructor: Tina Goins
Line dancing is great fun. You'll be moving in no time as you learn short, fun, dance patterns we will build on each week. You'll learn traditional line dances along with new line dances being taught today. (No experience necessary, but taking the Beginning Workshop is very helpful for new dancers). No partner required and line dancing can be done while social distancing! Class is held in the CSD Gym, Exercise Room.

No walk-ins. Registration closes 48 hrs. before class. American Heart Association (AHA) certification cards are issued by email after class.  Mid-week classes are available for all classes below. Fall Moon/Sunset Kayak Paddles
Glide through basic skills before cutting our quiet paths across the water and into the hidden swamps & channels of the lake, all beneath the fascinating lights and ghostly shadows of the setting sun and rising moon. We'll have the stillness of the lake to ourselves but for the sounds of animals & birds settling down at twilight.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized.

Strides 360-Wednesdays @ 9:30am Location: EDH Community Park

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or come solo and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!
