BIRTHDAY PARTY RENTAL
Celebrate your loved one’s birthday at the Community Pool on Saturdays & Sundays this summer! We offer two-hour parties with access to a private space for games and goodies.
Fee: $225 for up to 20 swimmers
Note: Additional swimmers must pay the recreation swim admission fee.
Birthday Rental Application
- Submit your completed rental application to the resident services office at residentservices@edhcsd.org.
- Your completed application will go to our aquatics department for approval. If the date and time you have chosen are unavailable, our aquatics staff will provide an alternate date and time for your rental, pending availability.
- Once your rental date has been approved, you will be notified to process your application payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments over the phone. A 10% non-residency fee is applied to all reservations for those who live outside El Dorado Hills.
- Your rental date is secured once your full payment has been received for your event.
Cancelling Your Rental
To cancel your rental, you must give us at least 10 business days' notice. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the remaining amount paid will be refunded to the credit card you used for your initial payment.
No credits, refunds, or transfers will be granted for cancellation requests received less than 10 business days before your rental date.
