Several facilities managed by the El Dorado Hills Community Services District are available for private rental.

Facility Rental Process
Thank you for considering renting a facility from the El Dorado Hills Community Services District. The information provided outlines the reservation procedure.  Complete Rental Terms and Conditions can be found in the Facility Rental Application form below. The application must be completed in order for the District to process your reservation. The application can be submitted by email at residentservices@edhcsd.org. We will contact you to finalize your reservation.  All fees are due at the time of the reservation. Applications must be received, paid and approved thirty(30) working days prior to the event date. It can take up to 5 business days for final approval of a rental request.

Gymnasium

The Gym is available for rental on a case-by-case basis.

The gymnasium at the Community Park provides the capacity for large events such as fund raisers, auctions, community dinners and athletic events. 4-hour minimum. $250/event floor fee for banquet and catered events. Refundable security deposit of $700 ($850 if food/alcohol is served or sold). Photos Coming Soon.

Exercise Room

Our exercise room is located adjacent to the gymnasium and is often used for athletic programs including karate, dance, aerobic classes and is occasionally set up for meetings. The room features wood floors, a large mirror running the length of the room and ballet bars along the remaining 3 walls. Food and drinks are not allowed in the exercise room. 2-hour minimum. A refundable security deposit of $300. Photo

Oak Knoll Club House
The Hills of El Dorado 3371 Alyssum Court, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762
Nestled in the community of the Hills of El Dorado, this cute clubhouse is a tranquil setting for small meetings or get-togethers. The facility features a convenient kitchenette, bathrooms and a fenced grass area and BBQs. A children's playground is adjacent to the clubhouse and will remain open to the public during your event. 2-hour minimum. A refundable security deposit of $300 ($500 if food/alcohol is served or sold). 

Bouncehouses are allowed at this location.  A certificate of insurance is required from your bounce house vendor.  Applicant is responsible for securing the insurance and providing necessary copies to the District at least 14 days prior to your event date. If insurance is not received, your vendor will not be permitted at your event.

Birthday Parties at the TEENZ Center
The TEENZ Center is a great place to host an event and is the ultimate tween’s birthday destination. Rentals include exclusive use of the TEENZ Center and one CSD staff member to help monitor your event and facilitate gaming (e.g. PlayStation 5, XBOX Series S, and Nintendo Switch), foosball, a pool table, air hockey, as well as board game options.

  • Outdoor patio area is included in the facility rental
  • Minimum (2) hours for reservations
  • Reservations must be made a minimum of three weeks prior to the date of the event
