Where do I send my payment?
Mail payments to: Comcast, P.O. Box 34878, Seattle, WA 98124-1878. Payments may also be paid in person during business hours at the Folsom location listed above. A payment drop box is located outside in front of the store for payments made after hours.

For help with service or a billing issue, first call 1-800-COMCAST to resolve the issue. Document the conversation by writing down the date, time and name of the person you speak with. If further help is needed to establish resolution of the issue, call 916-614-3217.
