Lap Swim
A great full body workout! Pull buoys and kick boards are available for use. This program must have a minimum of 10 participants enrolled. Ten (10) Lap Lanes are available to participants. Participants may share lanes if necessary. Lap lanes will range from 4.5 feet to 12.5 feet in depth depending on location. Our pool is 25 yards in length.

Water Aerobics
Join our CSD aquatics staff for a low-impact workout that will increase your flexibility and range of motion while building cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Class is suitable for all fitness levels.
