AQUATICS ACTIVITIES
Swim Lesson Registration
Summer 2024 registration start dates are as follows:
Wednesday, May 1 (EDH Residents)
Wednesday, May 15 (Non-Residents & Rolling Hills CSD Residents)

Lap Swim
A great full body workout! Pull buoys and kick boards are available for use. This program must have a minimum of 10 participants enrolled.  Ten (10) Lap Lanes are available to participants.  Participants may share lanes if necessary.  Lap lanes will range from 4.5 feet to 12.5 feet in depth depending on location.  Our pool is 25 yards in length.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Time: 5:30am-7:00am

Water Aerobics
Join our District aquatics staff for a low-impact workout that will increase your flexibility and range of motion while building cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Ages: 15 +
Days: Sundays
Time: 2:00pm-2:45pm

Ready for a unique fitness experience?
Try a 30-minute Float & Fit class! What makes this group fitness class one-of-a-kind is that all of the exercises are performed on an inflated floating fitness mat.
