Lifeguard Training Academy
Ages 15+
Participants must be turning 15 no later than April 15th to participate in this course.
Location: Community Pool
Monday, April 11 - Friday, April 15 9 am - 5 pm

Want to be a lifeguard this summer? Plan now and get signed up for this certification class that most community pools require. American Red Cross instructors will certify you in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and Title 22 First Aid. Includes lecture, videos and skill practice sessions in and out of the water. Participants must first pass a Prerequisite to participate in the class.
Participants must complete and pass American Red Cross class in water prerequisites before class begins (Scheduled through the CSD Aquatics Department). Prerequisite Video Link

TAZ Spring Swim Clinic
Ages 6-18
Location: Community Pool
Sundays February 27th - April 10th Times based on level starting at 3:30pm

Spring into action with the TAZ Swim Team coaches! Join us for the Spring Swim Clinic which will focus on stroke technique. Please sign up for the session that best meets your child's swimming ability. Coaches may move swimmers to a different level is necessary. Clinics will be held rain or shine. No Makeups.

Level 1 (ages 6-9) Swimmers with little or no swim team experience and a novice in freestyle and backstroke. Must be able to swim 25 yards without assistance.
Level 2 (ages 6-10) Swimmers with limited swim team experience, proficient at freestyle and backstroke, and novice at breaststroke and butterfly.
Level 3 (ages 9-18) Swimmers must be proficient at all four strokes (back, freestyle, breast & butterfly). This level will focus on development and endurance of each stroke.

Lap Swim (aka Masters Swim)
Ages 16+
Location: Community Pool
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5:30am - 7:00am
$40/month or $5 daily drop-in beginning February 7th
A great full body workout! Create your own or follow the posted workout. Pull buoys and kick boards are available for use. This program must have a minimum of 10 participants.
