The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD) provides and manages a franchise agreement with Comcast Cable to provide cable television services to most areas within the boundaries of the El Dorado Hills Community Services District.
AT&T cable is provided to El Dorado Hills residents through a franchise managed by the State of California.
