This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. This results in improved coordination, focus, and self confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from beginner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class. Instructor: Paul Charnow

2019 Shotokan

NFL Youth Flag Football
League focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and improving individual skills in a competitive yet fun enviroment.  Participants receive an offical NFL jersey, set of flags and an award.  Practices are one day a week with games on Saturday beginning on March 23.  Game times may start as early as 12pm.  All players must attend a player evaluation (see receipt for date & times)
No practice or games 4/15-4/22.

Girls Volleyball

This recreational league allows girls to learn volleyball in both a fun and competitive enviroment.  Practices and games are one day a week each, with games beginning in April.  Participants receive a team jersey and an award.  Alternate grade combinations may occur due to numbers.  Players must attend an evaluation (see receipt for date and time)

Learn to Kayak

ages 14* & up  •  $71

Our stable kayaks and experienced instructors will show you how simple, safe and fun kayaking really is. Enjoy exploring the Lake and learning the basics of how to be under your own power on the water. *Younger okay if with an adult.

Glide through basic skills before cutting our quiet paths across the water and into the hidden swamps and channels of the lake.  All beneath the fascinating light and ghostly shadows of the setting sun and rising moon. For beginning to advanced divers interested in improving their skills.  The instructor was a competitive NCAA collegiate diver and currently coaches diving at the University of Pacific.  Great class for those interested in competitive diving for a club or high school.  Instuction will be on 1 and 3 meter diving boards.

This program is a low pressure, fun way to begin competition match play. A USPTA certified teaching Professional will be present each week to help with match play tactics. Champions receive trophies. Note: Instructor approval required.
