NFL Youth Flag Football Spring League
Grades 2nd-8th
This coed league focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and improving individual skills in a competitive yet fun environment. Participants receive an official NFL jersey, and an award. Practices are one day a week with eight (8) games on Saturday's beginning April 15th. Game times may start as early as 2pm. Players are highly encouraged to attend evaluations in March, but it is not mandatory. No games on 5/27.

Grades 4th-12th
This recreational league allows girls to learn volleyball in both a fun and competitive environment. Practices and games are one day each week, with games beginning the week of April 10th. Participants receive a team jersey and an award. Alternate grade combinations may occur due to numbers. Players are highly encouraged to attend evaluations in March, but it is not mandatory. No practices or games the week of 4/3.

SA ShotoKan Karate
Ages 7 - Adult
Instructor: Paul Charnow
This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. This results in improved coordination, focus, and self-confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from beginner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class.
