Sponsorship Opportunities:

Dear Valued Community Partner,

The El Dorado Hills Community Services District is seeking sponsors for our upcoming 2023 special events lineup. The enclosed information details partnership opportunities available for business, group, or individual sponsors. If you have been a sponsor in the past, we thank you for your support and look forward to another successful year. If you are a new sponsor, by collaborating with us, you will create opportunities for your business to receive prominent recognition through family-oriented events in our community. Your participation and support will help bring residents and businesses together for the enrichment of our community. Last year we impacted over 12,000 people through our special events!

Platinum Sponsor ($10,000):
-Exclusive representation within your industry.
-Information booth located close to the main stage at three (3) Summer Concert Series and one (1) EDH Summer Fest to display your company’s services or products.
-Prominent mention with business logo in media materials including Social Media, Website, Community Resource & Recreation Guide, and Flyers.*
-Opportunity to park company promotional vehicle near stage.
-Large company logo featured on event stage banner.
-Reserved VIP parking (2 spaces) at concerts.

Gold sponsor ($5,000):
-Information booth located close to the main stage at three (3) Summer Concert Series and one (1) EDH Summer Fest to display your company’s services or products.
-Prominent mention with business logo in media materials including Social Media, Website, Community Resource & Recreation Guide, and Flyers.*

Silver Sponsor ($2,500):
-Information booth at three (3) Summer Concert Series and one (1) EDH Summer Fest to display your company’s services or products.

Food Vendor Opportunities:


The El Dorado Hills Community Services District (CSD) is seeking food vendors for its 2023 “Summer Concert
Series” held at Community Park, located at 1021 Harvard Way in El Dorado Hills. Three Friday night concerts are
scheduled for June 23, July 14 and August 11 from 7 – 9:30 p.m. and one EDH Summer Fest event on
Saturday, September 16 from 4 – 9:30 p.m. These family–oriented events will feature food, live entertainment
and children’s activities.

Food Vendor Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The food vendor booth fee is
10% of total sales, with proof of receipts provided to the Recreation Coordinator at the conclusion of each event.
This fee includes a 10’ x 20’ space at 3 Friday concerts and 1 EDH Summer Fest event.

A $100 deposit is due at the time of the application, upon acceptance by the CSD. All applicable permits
must also be included. The $100 deposit will be applied towards the vendor’s final 10% of sales payment after the
last event in the concert series (9/16). The $100 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the amount of sales.
Please note that we make an effort to avoid similarity of food items. Since we cannot guarantee attendance,
refunds will not be awarded due to inclement weather, attendance or sales. Electricity is NOT available.
