The El Dorado Hills Community Services District is seeking sponsors for our upcoming 2024 special events lineup. The enclosed information details partnership opportunities available for business, group, or individual sponsors. If you have been a sponsor in the past, we thank you for your support and look forward to another successful year. If you are a new sponsor, by collaborating with us, you will create opportunities for your business to receive prominent recognition through family-oriented events in our community. Your participation and support will help bring residents and businesses together for the enrichment of our community. Last year we impacted over 10,000 people through our special events!

Food Vendor Opportunities:
The El Dorado Hills Community Services District is seeking food vendors for its 2024 “Summer Concert Series” held at Community Park, located at 1021 Harvard Way in El Dorado Hills. Three Friday night concerts are scheduled for June 14, July 19 and August 23 from 7 – 9:30 p.m. and one EDH Summer Fest event on Saturday, September 14 from 4 – 9:30 p.m. The concert events feature food and live entertainment. EDH Summer Fest also includes carnival games, inflatables, petting zoo, and more.
