District Funding Sources

District Funding

Thank you to all who participated in our 2021 Master Plan Update outreach process. After analyzing the research, four projects repeatedly “bubbled to the top” as facilities or amenities residents want to see in El Dorado Hills. As we look to the future, we will continue to improve existing facilities to preserve the quality of life we know and love, while exploring funding avenues to make new facilities, programs and amenities a reality.

What is the approximate cost associated with these new projects?
  • Aquatics Facility/Community Center - $55M - $3M allocated by CSD
  • Trail Connectivity - $6M - $4M allocated by CSD
  • Preservation of Open Space - 150 acres - $10-15M - $1M allocated by CSD
Total $76M for these projects - $8M allocated already by the CSD
