Youth Sports
Boys and Girls, Ages 3 - 6

Camps provide participants the opportunity to build individual
sports knowledge and skills, boost self esteem and confidence,
sportsmanship, and learn the fundamentals of each sport. Scrimmage
games are played so everyone has a chance to make their
first goal, home run or basket. Three year-old camps require
parent participation.

Schedule & Online Registration 
Bring your own team or teams can be
formed by CSD Staff and coached by
volunteer coaches. Games are played
on Sunday afternoons at Promontory
Community Park. Teams play seven
games followed by play-offs for the top
four teams and flags are provided. Team
shirts are included in registration fee.
Grades 2nd - 8th (Coed)

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
League focuses on learning the fundamentals
of football without the physical contact,
importance and value of teamwork and improving
individual skills in a competitive yet
fun environment. Practices begin in March
with games played from March through
May. Participants receive an official NFL
jersey, set of flags and personalized award.
Practices are one day a week with games
on Saturdays. Grades may be combined to
form teams.
Ages 4 - 16

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
Camp emphasizes fundamental
skills for players ages 4-6 and
progresses to a more challenging
approach on individual skills and
techniques for players ages 7-10.
Scrimmages will improve technical and
tactical knowledge for players 11 and
older. Groups are formed according
to age. Fee includes a camp tee-shirt,
soccer ball, evaluation certificate and
prizes. All players must have shin guards
and cleats to participate.
Ages 4 - 14

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
Taekwondo can be practiced by anyone
regardless of age, gender or physical
condition. All exercises are done using
controlled movements with no contact
allowed in beginner classes. Controlled
contact is permitted among intermediate
and advanced students.
Ages 7 - 15

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
Fencing, the art of swordsmanship, has
been practiced for centuries. Develop
your flexibility, strength and speed with
the fastest martial sport of them all!
Fencing equipment will be provided,
please wear comfortable clothes and
tennis shoes.
Ages 8 - Adult

The El Dorado Hills Bowmen’s Archery Club
offers classes that focus on shooting skills
and safety. If you haven’t shot in years, this
is a good refresher course. Equipment will
be provided.

Learn the fundamentals of lacrosse: passing,
catching, basic plays and the importance
of teamwork in this popular and growing
sport. All necessary safety equipment and
sticks are provided, so come ready to play.
Camp fee includes a camp tee-shirt if registered

Catch Dodgeball fever! Introduce your
child to this fast action and growing indoor
sport. Dodgeball allows your child
to improve hand-eye coordination, learn
the value of teamwork, build self esteem
and above all else, have fun! Teams are
formed based on age.
Grades 4th thru 12th

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
Recreational league allows girls to learn
the game of volleyball in both a fun
and competitive environment. Practices
are one day a week beginning in early
March with games on a weekday evening.
Participants receive a team jersey
and a personalized award. Alternate
grade combinations may occur due to
numbers.
Ages 8 - 17

Class Schedule & Online Registration 
For beginners or juniors wanting to review techniques
with focus on the fundamentals of the set-up/full
swing, short game and putting (snack/refreshment included).
Home school lessons/private lessons available
