Parks Department Home Page

The Parks Department has five major areas of responsibility:

• Community Parks and Athletic Fields
• Neighborhood Parks and Open Space
• Buildings, Pools and Other Facilities
• Landscape and Lighting Districts
• Construction Management

In addition, we participate in the maintenance of several school sites through Joint Use Agreements with local school districts.  

The department currently has 18 full time staff with 4 to 8 additional personnel who work seasonally as needed.
