The carpeted meeting room is “L” shaped with three sides having floor-to-ceiling windows and has a 25-foot ceiling with a skylight above. It is 1,900 square feet in area. The rental includes a recently remolded catering kitchen with 29 feet of counter space,warming lights, a refrigerator,double sink, microwave and ice maker. Just out the door is an attached gazebo covered in pink wisteria. It is a perfect setting for small weddings. Many renters use the gazebo for the wedding ceremony and the Pavilion for the reception. The dining occupancy limit is 135 persons when guests are seated at tables but will accommodate 199 persons for an assembly. There are large restrooms located off the main room.
All rentals are based on a per-hour fee. There are setup and cleanup requirements. A portable PA, video equipment and stage area available for rent. Tables and chairs are included. Our buildings are thoroughly cleaned and maintained by CSD staff. Someone is always available to make sure cleanliness is maintained for our renters.
