| Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee (DRC) meets every Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. in the Parks Conference Room, 1030 St. Andrews Drive. Applications submitted by noon on Thursday are reviewed the following Tuesday. The Community Services District Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding the application process, please contact the DRC Assistant at 933-6624, ext. 109. All applicants will be mailed a copy of the DRC's meeting agenda and are invited to attend the DRC meeting. If you and/or a representative do not attend the meeting and the Committee requires additional information to complete the review process, your application will be held over until the next meeting and you will be notified by mail regarding those items which are still required. The DRC has up to 30 days to approve and/or deny an application. Approval and/or denial letters are sent to applicants approximately one week following the meeting. Applications that require building permits through the El Dorado County Building Service Department also receive a Certificate of Approval (COA) and stamped plans (if applicable). The COA and stamped plans will be available for pickup on the next day following the meeting in the CSD Administration Office, 1021-C Harvard Way. COA’s and stamped plans should be taken the El Dorado County Building Services Department, 2850 Fairlane Court in Placerville (530) 621-5315. County permits are also cleared electronically by the CSD after application approval.The COA and stamped plans will be available for pickup at the on Wednesday (following the Tuesday meeting at which the application was approved) after 1:00 p.m. COA's and stamped plans should be taken to the following:
