define portraiture, likeness and

Learn to make classic global dishes using
simple, tasty recipes and fresh, seasonal
ingredients from our visiting chef. At the
conclusion of each session, students will
sit down to a family-style meal. Sign up

(more than 18 that we know of!). Join
us for these casual, yet fun Bingo games.
Our local grocers, Raley’s and Nugget
participate in this program by offering

Walk With Ease is designed to help
people living with arthritis better
manage their pain and is also ideal for
people without arthritis who want to
make walking a regular habit. The class
offers a workbook with each class meeting
beginning with a short educational
topic. Walking is shown to reduce pain
and discomfort of arthritis, increase
balance and strength, build confidence
for physical activity and improve overall

It’s all a Matter of Balance

In this award-winning workshop, you
will learn to manage falls and increase
your activity level. Re-train your brain
about falls and recognize “fall-ty”
behaviors. Learn to make changes at
home to reduce fall risks. Class will cover
simple at-home exercises to increase
strength, balance and flexibility. If you
have experienced a serious or repeated
falls, or are concerned about falls, this
