Walk With Ease is designed to help people living with arthritis better
manage their pain and is also ideal for people without arthritis who want to make walking a regular habit. The class offers a workbook with each class meeting beginning with a short educational topic. Walking is shown to reduce pain and discomfort of arthritis, increase balance and strength, build confidence for physical activity and improve overall health. Rain or shine. It’s all a Matter of Balance

In this award-winning workshop, you will learn to manage falls and increase your activity level. Re-train your brain about falls and recognize “fall-ty” behaviors. Learn to make changes at home to reduce fall risks. Class will cover simple at-home exercises to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
