Hatha Yoga, Deep Relaxation & Meditation
Ages 18 & up

Sessions incorporate the study of Yoga Philosophy, gentle stretching, deep breathing, and hatha yoga postures, in combination with deep relaxation and introspective meditation. Bring a mat and towel.

Enjoy a class filled with others who never thought they could do yoga.
Newcomers are welcome and can start any Wednesday or Friday Besides the well-known benefits, yoga can be used in a therapeutic way to address issues like chronic back & shoulder pain, symptoms of menopause, sleeplessness, or simply the need to slow down and tune in to what you may need. This style of yoga is accessible to all and modifications are offered by Donna, as needed. Comfy clothing, no fragrances please, bring a yoga mat and enjoy. Country Line Dancing
